Where do I begin?! I guess a little background would help you get to know me. I'm Heather Snow the owner of Mad Merch. I'm a wife of 22 years, mom to 2 teenage daughters and 1 German exchange student/daughter- all of whom are in dance or on the high school dance team! :o #dancemom! And mom to 2 Labrador retrievers- Daisy who is a black lab and 11 yrs old, and Rosie a GINORMOUS yellow lab who is 1 yr and 4 months old. Originally from SLC, Utah, my husband Joey and I moved to Houston, TX in 1998 where we lived for 10 amazing, sun-&-Chick-fil-A-filled years! If you've had Chick-fil-A, you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't, I'm sorry to say... you are missing out. In 2008 we moved to Seattle, WA for his dream job. Not many can say they get to work at their dream job, so we are pretty darn lucky. How lucky you ask? Well we have smokers to make our own BBQ (got that year 2), and now have CHICK-FIL-A!!!
I was a stay at home mom until my youngest was in school full time (I never thought this glorious day would come! ;) ). After 8 years of being an administrative assistant, PTSA Mom, Dance Booster Club Mom, I was ready to take on something new and step out of my comfort zone! Enter the world of sparkly, glittery vinyl and screen printing. I found a need in my area for affordable custom wears and got to work figuring it out. With the gracious blessings of my husband Mad Merch was born in May 2018. Since then we have been steadily working and growing. Some of our jobs have included the High School Dance Team, Swim Team, and Soccer Team. An area Montessori School, some amazing friends in Utah with exciting life milestones to commemorate, a few area businesses, and other high school dance moms. In December 2018 we added the ability to do sublimation (printable transfer on white/light colored wears).
We are so thankful to everyone who has been a part of this journey. To all of our wonderful family and friends who accept that I have fallen off the face of the earth more than once, but will always be here, I couldn't do it without your support! Love you all!
P.S. We do have those social media accounts the kids love, so go follow us. We promise to get them up to date. Soon!
P.S.S. That might be when one of the teenagers takes pity on me and helps me out!
