Mad Merch Made - Our Story

I believe the best way to start this blog is to start from the beginning and tell our story. 

Who is Mad Merch Made and what do we do? H!! I'm Heather Snow, the owner of Mad Merch Made. I'm a wife of 23 years, mom to 2 teenage daughters and 1 German exchange student/daughter- all of whom are in dance or on the area high school dance team. #dancemom I am also mom to 1 Labrador Retriever- Rosie a GINORMOUS yellow lab who is 3 yrs old. Originally from SLC, Utah, my husband and I moved to Houston, TX in 1998 where we lived for 10 amazing, sun-&-Chick-fil-A-filled years! If you've had Chick-fil-A, you know what I'm talking about. In 2008 we moved to Seattle, WA for his dream job. We have come to love the Seattle area!

I was a stay at home mom until my youngest was in school full time (I never thought this glorious day would come! ;) ). After 8 years of being an administrative assistant, PTSA Mom, Dance Booster Club Mom, I was ready to take on something new and step out of my comfort zone. Enter the world of sparkly, glittery vinyl and screen printing. I found a need in my area for affordable custom wears and got to work figuring it out. With the blessings of my AMAZING husband, Mad Merch was born in May 2018. Since then we have been steadily working and growing. We are a boutique shop, so there are no quantity minimums when placing an order, we will do 1 or 1000. We create custom apparel, bags, signs, banners, drink wear, accessories, and gear for businesses, families, events, teams, schools, and PTAs. Whatever your needs are, we can make it!  Some of our jobs have included High School Booster Clubs, Montessori School, other high school dance moms, local teachers and  business owners, a very large charitable organization in the area, PTSAs and friends of friends. 

We love the creativity that our customers ask for, we enjoy helping everyone create amazing memories, and we look forward to whatever the future holds for us! We are so thankful to everyone who has been a part of this journey. To all of our wonderful family and friends who accept that I have fallen off the face of the earth more than once, but will always be here, I couldn't do it without your support!
